At Clwydian Holidays, we're all about insulation, radiators, home comforts, great rural views and peace and quiet.

Your cosy timber cabin complements the rugged charm of its surroundings without compromising on comfort thanks to the heating and en-suite toilet.

We've custom built a kitchen / dining area, three showers, two toilets and a wash basin area.

Your countryside getaway awaits.

Don't forget your sleeping bag and pillow!

Background
We opened the site in 2013 on our working beef and sheep farm to support our growing family. It's easy to overlook something that you see every day, but we realise what a beautiful and unique place we live in and how fortunate we are. That's why we're pleased to offer you, our guests, the opportunity to experience the open space and rolling countryside for yourselves.
We look forward to welcoming you soon.
Best wishes
Gareth, Raymond, Rose, Owain and Osian

What is a Pod?

A Pod is a fully insulated, double glazed timber building with an electric radiator and hot water. Our Pods also have an en-suite toilet & wash basin as well as a kettle, fridge and even a kitchen sink!

What's in the kitchen?

The kitchen has got a microwave, fridge, a small countertop oven with two electric hob rings, cutlery and a few pots and pans. There's enough equipment for basic cooking and a dining area for a large group of people to eat.

How many people can stay in a Glamping Pod?

There's a double bed, single bed and bench seat that opens into a 3/4 size bed, so plenty of room to accommodate your family or group of friends. The beds have foam mattresses so you'll just need to bring your sleeping bag and pillows.

Our shower block has three showers, three wash basins, two toilets and an electric hand dryer. There is no charge for our guests to use these facilities.

What do I need to bring with me?

You'll need to bring your pillow and sleeping bag or bedding. Don't forget to stock up on food and drink as well, there are shops and supermarkets in Ruthin (about 15 minutes away).

Other information

Dogs - We allow well behaved dogs at the campsite for an additional charge, but they must be kept on a lead at all times and never left unattended in the Pods.

Campfires - You can hire a Fire Pit or Chiminea for £10 a night if you would like a campfire, these must be kept a sensible distance away from all buildings and supervised by a responsible adult.

Barbecues - It wouldn't be a campsite without a barbecue! We kindly remind our guests that they must never be taken inside the buildings for Health and Safety reasons.

We have room for a limited number of tents on the site, please contact us for more information and prices.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
